Accept Chapter 59, Section 5N of the General Laws, allowing for the creation of a Veteran’s Tax Work-Off Reduction program

To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 59, Section 5N (https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleIX/Chapter59/Section5N), and authorize the Select Board to establish a Veteran’s Property Tax Work-off Abatement program pursuant to said statute beginning in Fiscal Year 2026.
